ZPC Dobre 0-8-0T No. 3 was originally delivered in 1944 to Cukrownia Brzesc Kujawski (ZPC) and later Cukrownia Brzesc Kujawski working as a 0-8-0+4 as their No. CD 3 until it was withdrawn in 1984, then taken two years later to the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia

ZPC Tuczno No. 3 was delivered to Cukrownia Tuczno as their new No. 3 in 1947 and first went for preservation, probably around 1986, to the Narrow Gauge Museum in Sochaczew. However, it has since been moved in the 21st century and plinthed at a site next to the former WKD workshops in ul. Mickiewicza Adama, 05-480 Karczew, Masovia

ZPC Wierzchoslawice 0-4-0T No. 3 was delivered to, and in, the growing 900mm gauge system of Cukrownia Wierzchoslawice as No. 5 by the then Lokomotivfabrik L. Zobel of Bromberg (now Bydgoszcz) in 1907. In 1941 it went, with some of its sisters to Cukrownia Tuczno as CT 3 and converted a year later to 750mm gauge. It worked until 1974 (when it also bore its second boiler number of 1968 of 1957 from the Torun Boiler Factory) on the cab side and over a decade later, in 1986, was transported to and as a 0-4-0+4 the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia

ZPC Dobre 0-4-0T No. 5 was actually delivered to an intermediary, G. Reiße of Kassel, Germany from the factory in 1935 and it was not until 1945 that it arrived at Cukrownia Dobre, east of Warsaw, where it worked, though latterly stored, until being withdrawn in 1985. It went as No. CD 5 as a 0-4-0+4 to the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia, Poland

ZPC Zbiersk 0-4-0T No. 5 was delivered to Cukrownia Zbiersk, north of Kalisz in Greater Poland, as their No. 5 and at which it appeared to spend all its working life before retiring as No. CZ 5 to the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia

No. CT 8 was the first of two locomotives delivered by Krauss, München to the new 900mm gauge Cukrownia Wierzchoslawice system in 1882 as CW 1. It later became Cukrownia Tuczno No. 8 (as it is now known) in 1941 a factory that already owned six locomotives. It was converted to 750mm gauge the following year and worked until 1963. It was taken, in 1985, to the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia

This is another Las type locomotive, actually numbered CG 2, and delivered to Cukrownia Goslawice. It worked until the early 1990s and since 1995 has been on display at the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia

This loco was originally 900mm gauge Cukrownia Wierzchoslawice No. 2, just west of Tarnów, was one of two locomotives supplied to this sugar factory, in 1883. It later became Cukrownia Tuczno No. 7 (as it is now known) in 1941 a factory that already owned six locomotives. It was converted to 750mm gauge the following year and worked until 1965. It is now at the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia

A big milestone was reached as the boiler of GWR Hall Class 4-6-0 No. 4930 "Hagley Hall" successfully passed its first steam test. With its overhaul nearing the end it is hoped that No. 4930 will enter service at the Severn Valley Railway as their flagship locomotive in 2022.

Huta Jednosc, Siemiamowice 0-4-0T No. 2 was originally supplied to Huta Jednosc in Siemianowice, Slaskie. It also bore/bears its Sosnowiec Boiler Construction Works boiler number of 16275. It retired in 1990 and towards the end of 1991 went to the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia

The original name of the locomotive builder was Feldbahn & Lokomotivfabrik Smoschewer & Co, Breslau which was re-named by the powers that were Budich AG, Breslau-Schmiedefeld in 1943. the locomotive itself being produced and numbered for what eventually became KWB Turów, Bogatynia. It became PKP-B No. T3-1043 from 1946 when it was transferred to Trzebnica where, among others, and it made several stays including Gniezno and Krosniewice before, as well as Bogatynia again, when it was re-numbered T4-1062. In 1974 was taken out of traffic and handed over to Warsaw Railway Museum for display, from where it alternated between here and Warszawa Odolany. It is now on display at Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia

It joined the PKP fleet in the Znin Division in 1949 and worked until 1976 when it was then plinthed at Warszawa Odolany before being moved to the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. This loco was originally delivered to Zuckerfabrik Malbork using the name "MARTHA". By 1974 it had become Cukrownia Pelplin 1, of which it is now known at the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia

Ty3-1162 was originally built for Elektryczne Koleje Dojazdowe (Warsaw Commuter Railways, now WKD) in Standard gauge as their No. 66 then PKP-B Ty2-2850. It was only converted to 750mm gauge in 1953 as No.Ty2-1146 and worked at a couple of lines, i.e. Nasielsk and Biala Podlaska before reaching Sochaczew in 1961 where it became Ty3-1162 for a short period until 1962 when it was again rebuilt (on this occasion to 800mm gauge and renumbered Ty3-284. This only lasted until the following year when it was converted back to 750mm gauge and again renumbered Ty3-1162. In July1971 it was withdrawn from service and put on display at the Open-Air Museum in Tarnowskie Góry and then, in 1973, moved to the Railway Museum in Warsaw. It was not until 1986 when it finally moved to the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia

Px29-1704 (99.2577) was delivered as No. PKP-A: Wp29-904 to the Kujawy Narrow Gauge Railways and, in 1942, became DRB No. 99 2577. It returned to the PKP in June 1945 at Krosniewice and thereafer moved around considerably before reaching Werbkowice in 1970 and where it was stored in 1977 before going to Sochaczew in 1979 and, in 1982, for reconstruction at ZNTK Nowy Sacz. It was returned by 1984 and has since been active at the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia

Px48-1253 is an "odd" Class Px48 that has NEVER worked for the PKP! It was ordered and delivered straight to ZKL Starachowice then, from 1960 to ZKL Cisna. In 1979 it was set as an exhibit in the open-air museum in Majdan and in 1991 it was taken to the narrow gauge museum in Sochaczew. Finally, in 2020 it went on display at the Regional Museum of St Reymonta of Lipcach, ul. Wiatraczna 10, 96-127 Lipiec Reymontowskie, Lódz

Pw53-1980 is a rebuild of the original larger gauged (785mm) locomotive with the serial No.of Tw53-2564. It was provided to Bytom Karb and spent its years between here and Maciejkowice before going to ZNTK Nowy Sacz where it was rebuiult to 750mm gauge and numbered in its current identity. It soldiered on at Sompolno and Wloclawek before being withdrawn in 1977 and a year later being sent to the Railway Museum in Warsaw, and from here it went to its narrow gauge subsidiary at the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia

Px49-1794is another locomotive that was run-in at Krosniewice before being moved to Przeworsk where it spent a decade before moving to Starachowice, back to Przeworsk and then, in 1974, to Nasielsk before eventually going on to Sochaczew where it is now at the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Px49-1797 was run-in at Krosniewice before being moved to Przeworsk where it spent over two decades before moving again to Kazimierza Wielka in 1972 and then a year later to Sroda Wlk. In 1978 It went to Wielun from Opalenica, then in 1985 to Sochaczew where it is now at the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia

Px6-1645 (159-5-3) is one of the few non-Polish or German locomotives preserved in the country. It was built by the Podolska Steam Engine Factory in Ordzhonikidze, USSR (now Vladikavkaz, capital of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania), Russia. After service (presumably under Soviet auspices) in 1974 it was preserved and is now at the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia

Px48-1778 is a locomotive which spent most of its years alternating depots between Mlawa and Sochaczew where it worked in 1978 then, in 1986, found its way to the local museum. However, in 2010, it was redeployed north to Marek where it was placed on display in the square of the Town Hall, ul. Pilsudskiego 95, 05-260 Marki, Masovia

The early history of this locomotive is not known but, in 1962 and 1974, it was at Mlawa with a break at Rogów in 1968. It reached Sochaczew in 1986 and is now in the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia
