This loco was originally 900mm gauge Cukrownia Wierzchoslawice No. 2, just west of Tarnów, was one of two locomotives supplied to this sugar factory, in 1883. It later became Cukrownia Tuczno No. 7 (as it is now known) in 1941 a factory that already owned six locomotives. It was converted to 750mm gauge the following year and worked until 1965. It is now at the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia
