The original name of the locomotive builder was Feldbahn & Lokomotivfabrik Smoschewer & Co, Breslau which was re-named by the powers that were Budich AG, Breslau-Schmiedefeld in 1943. the locomotive itself being produced and numbered for what eventually became KWB Turów, Bogatynia. It became PKP-B No. T3-1043 from 1946 when it was transferred to Trzebnica where, among others, and it made several stays including Gniezno and Krosniewice before, as well as Bogatynia again, when it was re-numbered T4-1062. In 1974 was taken out of traffic and handed over to Warsaw Railway Museum for display, from where it alternated between here and Warszawa Odolany. It is now on display at Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia
