Py4-741 was originally delivered to Zninska Kolej Powiatowa as their No. 7, then it became No. 5. It joined the PKP fleet in the Znin Division in 1949 and worked until 1976 when it was then plinthed at Warszawa Odolany before being moved to the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia
