The ex GWR Large Prairie 2-6-2T No. 4144, is set to visit the Mid Hants Railway (Watercress Line) as their second visiting locomotive for their Autumn Steam Gala from the 4th to 6th of October 2024.

Locomotive #6 has been found in a junkyard in Jalisco, Mexico. The locomotive is for sale.

Status should be "Operational". Restored in 2010-2011, the locomotive operates occasionally from what I understand.

The line at Évry closed about 20 years ago and the locos were dispersed. I have been able to fond the current locations of some of them, but not this one. Any information of its current location and status is most welcome. Just add a note here.

This is Onneyu Forest Railway #2, a wood burning Baldwin 0-4-2T (Construction number is 54419) built in 1921. She was built new for the railway and it was retired in October 1958.

Construction number was 2927 of 1944. C58 354 was scrapped in early 2022, only having its drivers side (left hand side) driving wheels and motion as well as a number plate preserved.

The ex GWR 66XX Class 0-6-2T No. 6695, is visiting the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre during the August Bank Holiday weekend and will star at their Auto Fest event on the 26th of August 2024, which during the event will play a big part of history as it will be hauling trains out of the original Quainton Road Station platform for the first time since 1969 as the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre now has use of it.

Some rather confusing and contradictory notes here. We don't seem to show a fireless loco at Hamburg PA and CNJ 113 is a conventional steam locomotive.

The overhaul on ex War Department and NCB Wheldale Colliery Hunslet built Austerity 0-6-0ST (No. 75118) No. S134 "Wheldale", is making good progress as the main chassis have returned back to the Embsay & Bolton Abbey Steam Railway from the Statfold Barn Railway at Tamworth in Staffordshire, where they have been overhauled for final work to be completed while work on the boiler progresses at Israel Newton & Sons at Matlock in Derbyshire.

C11 247 was purchased by Rasa Industries in 1968, and worked alongside the preserved C10 8. Unlike its stablemate, C11 247 was retired in April of 1976, and ended up being scrapped. The leading axle and a set of driving wheels were displayed at the Zenpoji Railway memorial museum (The building was the former Zenpoji station for the Yunohama Railway (1929-1975; the museum itself was opened in 1978) until its closure in 1993. The museum sat abandoned and was demolished in 2022
