I dont think this locomotive had anything to do with the French Army initially though, of couse it could have served with either of the war-ing parties during WW1. Initially it was belived to have been delivered to Liebold & Co., Langbrück which, when built, was in East Prussia. However, it was recorded later with Lecat Péronne but in 1969 it was with F Lepers, CF dInteret Prive, La Chaudronnerie with the identity of GIESELLE 1. It is recorded at CF des Chanteraines 1992-1997.

Later it went to Museum Paulista de Antiguades Mecanicas, all with no identity.

Minas de Utrillas 0-4-0WT No. 3 'Turba'Posted by: Dale W Fickés on Aug 10, 2022 @ 09:08:30
Would this not be a 0-4-0WT, the same as O&K 1166/1903 ?

Minas de Utrillas 0-4-0WT No. 3 'Turba'Posted by: Dale W Fickés on Aug 10, 2022 @ 09:08:44
It appears that the correct O&K 1167/1903 was in fact Minus de Utrillas No. 3 that in 1983 was handled by MEP Paderborn on behalf of H & G Faust, Guldental for the Heddesheimer Feldbahn, in 1991 having a new boiler No. 1167 from Raw Meiningen and with whom it was in 2000.

Minas de Utrillas 0-4-0WT No. 3 'Turba'Posted by: Dale W Fickés on Aug 10, 2022 @ 08:08:12
I have this as O&K 1166/1903 (as does the connecting Spannish website, rather than 1167) that after Utrillas was at FIRA Exhibition Centre, Barcelona, later going to Snr. Valero of Ejea de los Caballeros, Zaragoza that was stored by 2000, at Gijon in 2002. By 2012 it was in the Bergbaumuseum, Utrillas as No. 1. I think it is actually a 0-4-0WT ?
