This was originally built for 600mm gauge but converted to 610mm gauge by its first owner an numbered 4. It later worked at the Krugersdorp Safari Park. However, the locomotive appears in the list of ex-industrial locomotives preserved by the Sandstone Heritage Trust at Sandstone, Hoekfontein Farm, Ficksburg, 9730, South Africa

The locomotive only funished work for the Nord Strassenbahn, Baulok in 1909 and then worked for Avesta Järnverks AB as their No. 7 from 1916., but placed on display inside their premises from 1965.

In 1922 it worked for Antonietti & Bianchi, Lugano as ROSINA and, from 1926, for R Aebi & Co., Zürich; also, from 1928, for Seeburger, Frutigen and 1942-1952 at dredging company, Ufhusen, then going on display in a childrens playground in Gerlafingen, Solothurn, Switzerland where it was in 1984.

Originally built to the then Spannish gauge of 1674mm, this was later converted to run on the revised Iberian gauge of 1668mm. This locomotive was also first No. 6 for the JOP.

This could well still be displayed in the park, as the original disused 600mm line runs through the north side of the latter but may well be overshadowed by the assembly of stock across the road in Volos, Thessaly, Greece

Later Hochtief AG, Frankfurt am Main as No. 175 an identity it kept whilst displayed on a playground in Mörfelden-Walldorf until 1973. In 1979 it reverted to its original identity with the FFM, where it still was in 2004.

Previously delivered, in 1906, to Antonio F & H, Argentina before going to Indare SA, Roca del Rosario, Uraquay as their No. 4 and in 1994 to their steam railway museum where it was in 2008. Built in 1906 also.

Apparently its location is close to the local railway station in Neuquén, Rio Grande Province, Argentina, it never had an identity.

Originally delivered to Arthur Koppel, possibly for construction work at a local dam. It was, and probably still is, 600mm gauge being mistakenly upgraded to the lager width by a visiting British enthusiast!

I have this as originallly being built to 759mm gauge for Hanko, Argentina that received a replacement boiler in 1929, O&K No. 11938. By 1960 it had gone to San Martin del Tabacal Sugar Mill, where it worked until 1984. In late 1992 it went to the Tagesförderbahn am Ottiliaeschacht, Clausthal-Zellerfeld, where it was reduced to 600mm gauge only in 1993, and served with its existing owners from 1995 at the latter location. According to records it was built with a six-wheeled tender ?

The loco has been withdrawn from service because of the failure of a boiler tube. All the small tubes are to be replaced, an unexpected issue after having a full boiler rebuild as recently as 2018.

Inspection of the loco once it had been stripped at the start of the overhaul showed that the loco needs a new cylinder block as well as extensive boiler repairs. Apparently the boiler is older than the loco, having been built for a Dean Goods loco!

The former Associated Portland Cement Mfg. Andrew Barclay built 0-4-0ST Works No. 699 "Swanscombe" which is the oldest steam locomotive built by Andrew Barclay in 1891, has returned to steam again but has since left the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre and has relocated to the private Fifield Railway at Windsor in Berkshire, where it has made home for the last four years.

The overhaul on former Northern Gas Board Peckett built W7 Class 0-4-0ST Works No. 2142 "Northern Gas Board No. 1" has now been completed and is operational again. The locomotive has relocated on hire to the Cholsey and Wallingford Railway at Cholsey in Berkshire, where it has entered service.

BR Standard 5MT 4-6-0 No. 73156 will visit the Bluebell Railway for their Giants of Steam from the 14th to 16th of October 2022. Where it will be paired up with sister BR Standard 5MT 4-6-0 No. 73082 "Camelot" which will be a first to see two BR Standard 5MT locomotives in steam together in preservation then.

Before going into Southern Locomotives Ltd’s workshop at Herston next to the Swanage Railway for the start of its overhaul, ex Southern Railway rebuilt Bulleid Battle of Britain Class Light Pacific No. 34053 "Sir Keith Park" will be visiting the Great Dorset Steam Fair at Tarrant Hinton near Blandford Forum in Dorset from the 25th to 29th of August 2022. No. 34053 will be used as a heavy haulage load for steam traction engines during the show.

The former LSWR Beattie Well Tank 2-4-0WT No. 30587 has now since left Locomotion Museum at Shildon and has now relocated to the National Railway Museum at York for display there. The move to York is part of the NRM’s Vision 2025 masterplan.

The rebuilt GWR 2-6-0 No. 9351 (Large Prairie 2-6-2T No. 5193) is to visit the Severn Valley Railway as their second visiting locomotive for their Autumn Steam Gala from the 15th to 18th of September 2022.

The restoration on former GWR Castle Class 4-6-0 No. 7027 "Thornbury Castle" is now to stop as No. 7027 may now never steam in preservation as a complete locomotive as it has been annouced that No. 7027 has been sold to the Great Western Society 47XX Project, where conponents from No. 7027 "Thornbury Castle" will now be used in the construction of new build Great Western Railway 47XX Class 2-8-0 "Night Owl" No. 4709. No. 7027 "Thornbury Castle" will leave the Great Central Railway and relocate to Didcot Railway Centre where it will be dismanteled for its boiler and other parts to be used in the construction of No. 4709 and other future projects at the Great Western Society.

To nail this down further, 44500 Andorra, Teruel, Soain is a town in the Teruel Province of Spain, also in the autononous community of Aragon.
