Astarsa was a marine and loco repair yard and shipbuilder in San Fernando, Tigre, Buenos Aires. It closed down in 1994 and locos under repair were abandoned; The site was sold in about 2000 and largely cleared. However, there is still some railway activity on the site so it is not impossible that the loco is tucked away but unlikely.
