Hacienda Chucarapi bei Lima 0-4-0T No. UnknownPosted by: Doug Bailey on Sep 12, 2022 @ 07:09:00
Well, in a fit of insanity, I telephoned the Hotel Nuevo Amenecer which is about 1 km down the road from where this little locomotive is located. A gentleman who spoke a little English referred me to a local police officer who spoke good English. I asked the guy two questions: firstly how far apart are the rails on which the locomotive sits, and secondly could he find a builders plate or something similar. The answer to the first question was "About 900mm" and to the second question: "No". He found my interest particularly amusing.
