Parts scattered around the museum. Most of them are at the shops and are visible like her frame, wheels, and cab. Number plate in the main building.

The overhaul of the unique British Railways Standard 8P Class Pacific No. 71000 "Duke of Gloucester", is now in the final stages of completion at Tyseley Locomotive Works and is soon to be moved to the Severn Valley Railway for testing and running in trials at the end of September 2024. When testing is completed No. 71000 will relocate to its new home at LNWR Heritage at Crewe for mainline testing and final painting before entering service on the mainline and heritage railway circuit with Locomotive Services Ltd.

Some new information has come up as ex Iron Co. Andrew Barclay built 0-6-0T (Works No. 1245) No. 14, is not at the Flour Mill Works undergoing overhaul as she is still operational and still located at the Lakeside & Haverthwaite Railway at Haverthwaite in Cumbria.

The ex British Sugar Corporation Hudswell Clark built 0-6-0ST (Works No. 1682) No. 54 "Julia", is not located at Israel Newton & Sons Ltd. as first thought, the locomotive is instead located at Brookside Engineering at Whaley Bridge in Derbyshire, where its restoration is continuing there.

The overhaul of ex Metropolitan Railway 0-4-4T Met No. 1, has been changed to a cosmetic overhaul now as the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre have decided to postpone the return to steam on hold for now. Met No. 1 will be done up for display for the time being.

Due to the lack of mainline work with the on going door locking issuse for West Coast Railway Company, for the first time ever the ex LMS Black Five 4-6-0 No. 44932, will visit the Severn Valley Railway for the very first time for their Autumn Steam Gala from the 19th and 22nd of September 2024. This will be the first time No. 44932 has visited another preserved railway since the 1990s having been formerly based at the Midland Railway - Butterley during its early preservation years before being sold to West Coast Railway Company in the 2000s.

The ex GWR Large Prairie 2-6-2T No. 4144, is set to visit the Mid Hants Railway (Watercress Line) as their second visiting locomotive for their Autumn Steam Gala from the 4th to 6th of October 2024.

Locomotive #6 has been found in a junkyard in Jalisco, Mexico. The locomotive is for sale.

Status should be "Operational". Restored in 2010-2011, the locomotive operates occasionally from what I understand.

This is Onneyu Forest Railway #2, a wood burning Baldwin 0-4-2T (Construction number is 54419) built in 1921. She was built new for the railway and it was retired in October 1958.

Construction number was 2927 of 1944. C58 354 was scrapped in early 2022, only having its drivers side (left hand side) driving wheels and motion as well as a number plate preserved.

The ex GWR 66XX Class 0-6-2T No. 6695, is visiting the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre during the August Bank Holiday weekend and will star at their Auto Fest event on the 26th of August 2024, which during the event will play a big part of history as it will be hauling trains out of the original Quainton Road Station platform for the first time since 1969 as the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre now has use of it.

Some rather confusing and contradictory notes here. We don't seem to show a fireless loco at Hamburg PA and CNJ 113 is a conventional steam locomotive.
