No. 9466 is to visit the South Devon Railway in April for their 50th Celebrations from the 6th to the 14th then for a GWR Branch line theme to it.

This locomotive was moved to the Inland NW Rail Museum in January of 2019. Which is in Reardan Washington.

USA S100 Dock Tank No. 30070 currently running as Longmoor Military Railway WD300 "Major-General Frank S Ross." is visiting the Mid-Hants Railway for the first time as the second visiting locomotive for their Spring Steam Gala on the weekend of March 8th to 10th 2019. This will be the first time No. 30070 (WD300 "Major-General Frank S Ross.") will be tackling the Alps there.

One thing that might be worth mentioning is that she was Northwestern Steel & Wire, I believe No. 30, before being placed on display as an IC locomotive.

Ex Caledonian Railway 0-4-4T No. 419 is coming south of the border for the first time since 1982 for its first ever visit to the Churnet Valley Railway. No. 419 is to star at their Winter Steam Gala on the weekend of February 23rd and 24th 2019. Replacing a unavailable GWR Manor No.7827 "Lydham Manor".

LNER B1 Class 4-6-0 No. 61306 "Mayflower" will be out on the mainline tomorrow with a test run from Carnforth via Hellifield, Blackburn, Preston and back to Carnforth. Completing its test runs in preparation for its return to the mainline and heritage railway circuit this year.

The New build British Railways Standard 3MT 2-6-2T No. 82045 has made history this week as the locomotive was lifted on to the tracks of the Severn Valley Railway for the very first time. No. 82045 will now be moved into the erecting shop at Bridgnorth for work on its construction to continue undercover.

The former London, Brighton & South Coast Railway Terrier 0-6-0T No. 54 "Waddon" is also under review as well by the Canadian Railway Historical Association as indications suggest it too might be disposed of along with 4489 "Dominion of Canada" as well?

The LNER A4 Pacific No. 4489 "Dominion of Canada" has been in the news lately as in late 2018 the A4 was taken out of its display in the Angus Exhibit Pavilion building at Exporail and placed in to storage. This is duo to news that the Canadian Railway Historical Association were undertaking a review its collection as much of the collection is regarded as a liability especially those like 4489 which still has hazardous asbestos lagging. There are reports saying that the 4489 could be disposed?

WD Hunslet Austerity 0-6-0ST No. 75008 "Swiftsure" is still located at the Mid-Norfolk Railway at Dereham, Norfolk. Where the locomotive is to stay on for the 2019 season there and will starting the steam running season early this year from March.

Former New South Wales Government Railways C36 Class 4-6-0 No. 3609 has been relocated to the Junee Roundhouse Railway Museum at Junee, New South Wales. Which is to be the new home for the locomotive where it will be restored to working order which will take 5 years.

The world famous "Flying Scotsman" is to visit the Swanage Railway in Dorset for the first time in 25 years after its last visit there. For a weeks stay hauling trains there from the 22nd to the 26th of March 2019.

It says restoration not display for a good reason. This locomotive is fully restored but, lacks a Steam inspection by the FRA. They are not doing the $10k+ inspection because it would start the clock on the 1472 day rebuild. They currently have no place to viably run so they would use all the time in storage.

GWR 5600 Class 0-6-2T No. 5619 has been added as the 3rd visiting locomotive at the Severn Valley Railway for their Spring Steam Gala which is to have a strong Great Western Branch line theme to it on the weekend of March 15th to 17th 2019. This will be the first time since 1987 that 5619 will have visited the Severn Valley Line.

The former NCB Littleton Manning Wardle built 0-6-0ST "Littleton No 5" has been donated to the Avon Valley Railway Heritage Trust by its former owners and now has a bright future. As the railway will soon start fundraising towards its overhaul back to steam again.
