Bagnall saddle tank Kidbrooke is another rarely travelled loco that will be visiting the Statfold Barn Railway for their Road, Rail and Ale event on 6th-8th September, along with Baguley 0-4-0T Rishra.

ACL 1504 is under restoration status, our group Return to Glory is currently in the process of getting locomotive and starting Phase 2 of restoration to get her back under steam, 2014 we had the boiler and loco inspected for restoration and she is in great shape we have a facebook page if interested to donate to help get her going again

Former Port Talbot No. 813 will be making her fourth visit to Didcot Railway Centre during October. She will be taking part in a Timeline Events charter on 13th October.

The history of this locomotive is somewhat more extensive than currently depicted. It was delivered from Krauss, Linz in 1909 to BHLB as No.IVa5 1108, also inherited by SHS (1922 - 1933). It became JDŽ No.83-076 (1933 -1941) and successively by HDŽ (1941 - 1945) and back to JDŽ (1945 - 1953), then just JŽ from 1953. It arrived at the Zillertalbahn in 1994 where it became their No.4, although it is now actually owned by Club 760

From then until retirement it ran as ÖBB 298.207 and is now owned/operated by Eisenbahnclub Mh.6, Ober Grafendorf in the former Zf ÖBB/NÖVOG Zf roundhouse, outside St Pölten.

Dale W Fickés explains the history and re-numberings of the loco: Delivered to the NÖLB as No. 51 in 1906, it was renumbered Mh.2 (1908 - 1922), then owned by the BBÖ (1922 - 1938). It became DRB No. 99 1112 (1938 - 1945) and subsequently ÖStB (1945 - 1953) whereupon the ÖBB renumbered it 399.02 (as depicted working to Gross Gerungs in 1987), then No. 399.002, before being transferred to NÖVOG in that identity during 2010. It is now based, once again, in Gmünd, Austria

4-6-2T No. 77.244 (Krauss Linz 1424/1927 - BBÖ 629.59) ran in the 1987 ÖBB 150 celebration parades at Strasshof, outside Wien, disguised as sister locomotive No. 77.250.

Dale W Fickés gives the full history of the loco's ownership: This locomotive was delivered to the BBÖ in 1925 as No.113.02 and became DRB No.33 132 from 1938 to 1945. It became JDŽ No.06-105 until 1947 when transferred to Yugoslavia, and No.10 005 under the same operator until 1953, when JDŽ became JŽ. Upon retirement it apparently spent some time on display in Kanfanar, Croatia before its return to Austria (noted Zfl Wien Ost 1994) and subsequent purchase by B&B Blue Train, operating under its former DRB number.

Dale W Fickés provides the full history of the loco: This locomotive was numbered kkStB 13009 when delivered in 1900, but became their No. 30.109 (1905 – 1918); DÖStB (1918 - 1919); ÖStB (1919 - 1922); BBÖ (1922 - 1392) and GKB from 1932. It currently belongs to ERIH, outbased from Strasshof.

Dale W Fickés writes the history of the loco: Delivered to the KFNB in 1851, it was numbered 17 (1881 - 1908), becoming kkStB No. 289.10 (1908 - 1918); DÖStB (1918 - 1919); ÖStB (1919 - 1921) and BBÖ (1921 - 1923), finally - during its working life - becoming Werksbahn Stieglbrauerei Salzburg No.1, from 1923 until retirement and subsequent preservation. It is owned by Wien Technical Museum.

After months of hard work the firebox repairs on No. 92203 "Black Prince" have been completed and the locomotive will enter traffic at the North Norfolk Railway during their Autumn Steam Gala this weekend on the 31st of August and 1st of September 2019.

Dale W Fickés gives the history of the loco as follows: The locomotive was numbered 69.01 successively by kkStB, DÖStB, ÖStB and BBÖ from 1890 to 1938; then as 97.201 by DRB, ÖStB and ÖBB from 1938 to the present date. From 2008 it has been loaned from the Technisches Museum, to the Erzbergbahn in Vordernberg.
