The builders number should be WLF 17335 of 1944. WLF 16485 of 1943 was 52-7032, later went to Hungary, then to Russia as TE-7032, later sold to Bulgaria to become 15-172, which was last noted at Pernik Power station in March 2003.

This standard gauge steam shovel is Bucyrus straight boom model 14B. Produced after 1912 it is claimed this shovel may have been purchased to work on the Trans-Australian railway. This 1,051 mile standard gauge railway ran rrom Port Augusta, South Australia to Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. It was well suited for this work, easily making a deep cutting through soft earth or sand. Suitable for double track operations. Many Australian railways were constructed using similar self propelled steam shovels.

It now stands outside the Tractor Museum at Whitemans Park, Perth. This museum houses a huge selection of tractors and farm machinery. Whitemans Park is where most of Perth heritage transport organisations have their collections and workshops. Narrow gauge railway, trams, classic cars and buses. Most weekends, trains, tram & buses operate. On special days heritage rallies are held.

This is in fact a 278 model, not 276. It is now completed restoration and is located in the same location.

The GWR Large Prairie 2-6-2T No. 4141 is located at Locomotive Maintenance Services at Loughborough in Leicestershire where it is being overhauled for the Epping Ongar Railway there.

The former NCB Scotland Geisel fitted Hunslet built Austerity 0-6-0ST No. 3809 is located at Locomotive Maintenance Services at Loughborough in Leicestershire where it is been under overhaul there for a few years.

The former Imperial Chemical Industries 0-4-0DH RS8 formerly a 0-4-0ST built by Avonside is located at Peak Rail at Matlock in Derbyshire as it is part of Andrew Briddon Locos collection at Darley Dale Station there.

The ex War Department Hunslet built Austerity 0-6-0ST No. 6 "Lord Phil" is located the Midland Railway Centre at Butterley in Derbyshire where she currently based.

No. 7822 "Foxcote Manor" has left the Llangollen Railway and has been relocated to the West Somerset Railway at Minehead in Somerset for further use there.

Former Sproxton Quarry Hunslet 1888 built 0-6-0ST "Hastings" has been moved again from the Elsecar Heritage Railway and has been relocated to Statfold Engineering Ltd at the Statfold Barn Railway at Tamworth in Staffordshire for completion of her restoration.
