Please change fuel for this locomotive to Oil; both GCRy steam locomotives have been converted to run on recycled vegetable oil.

4960 is now operational, pulling excursion trains from Williams to the Grand Canyon several times a year.

Status should be changed to restoration as its tube time ran out last september

4960 is back into operating service and been converted to burn vegetable oil.

As of April 2009 the 4960 is on display at the Williams depot.

It was purchased by GCRy in 1989 but it wasn't until July of 1993 that work began

#4960 is now an oil burner. She was converted when the Grand Canyon Railway rebuilt her.
