according to Baldwin records volume 62, page 358 build in series 155 & 156 (Industrial lumber 106 & 107), weight on drivers is 80,000 pounds and boiler pressure is 180 PSI. Converted to oil but originally on wood.

The former Nickel Plate Railroad Baldwin built 2-8-2 No. 587 has a bright future ahead as the has had a change of ownership. The locomotive which was a popular mainline excursion engine, which was restored and operated from 1988 until 2003, has been sold to a private individual who intends to continue run it on as a fan trip excursion engine. The new owner of 587, who wishes to remain anonymous, plans for the locomotive to remain in Ravenna under the care of Kentucky Steam Heritage Corp. for the foreseeable future.

Its been announced that BR Standard 4MT 2-6-4T No. 80080 will be going on loan to the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway at Wirksworth in Derbyshire for a two year stay. Following a agreement with WyvernRail plc and the Princess Royal Class Locomotive Trust owners of No. 80080 for the locomotive to operate there and will arrive at the start of their operating season.

The ex Stewarts & Lloyds, Newport Andrew Barclay built 0-4-0ST Works No. 2201 "Victory" has now been sold and has now left the Pontypool & Blaenavon Railway and has relocated to its new home at the Avon Valley Railway at Bitton in Gloucestershire. Where it will now undergo restoration to full working order there.

The former Pen-yr-Orsedd Quarry Kerr Stuart & Co built 0-4-0T "Diana" will be visiting the Talyllyn Railway to celebrate the 100th birthday of No. 4 "Edward Thomas" on the weekend of June 12 to 13th 2021. The locomotive will also run on a short length of 2ft gauge track at Tywyn Wharf Station.

As part of the 100th birthday of Talyllyn Railway based No. 4 "Edward Thomas" Corris Railway 2005 new build Tattoo Class 0-4-2ST No. 7 will be part of the celebrations of her sister at the Corris Railway on the 8th to 9th of May 2021 and will even visit the Talyllyn Railway to take part in the celebrations there on the 12th to 13th of June 2021.

The Talyllyn Railway’s ex Corris Railway Kerr Stuart & Co built Tattoo Class 0-4-2ST No. 4 "Edward Thomas" celebrates its 100th birthday in 2021. To mark this No. 4 will visit its former stomping ground at the Corris Railway for a special Gala on 8th to 9th of May 2021 and then a big celebration to be held at the Talyllyn Railway on the 12th to 13th of June 2021.

The museum is one of Soviet Union military equipment from World War II onwards. The locomotive is displayed as part of an armoured train.

This locomotive has been moved to Pennsylvania to be restored by the MCchugh company. The same company that was originally a scrap dealer, which also was prevalent in some steam locomotive restorations in the 60s and 70s, and worked with the New Hope Railroad for a time. They currently make their business restoring historic diesels. Mostly industrial critters and center cab locos. Bigger stuff as well. But they also restore components for steam locomotives on tourists railroads.

There is an appeal for work on the boiler of NORD Super Pacific 4-6-2 No. 3.1280, later SNCF No. 231 C 78. It is apparently being re-built at Centre de la Mine et du Chemin de Fer (CMCF), at their site in Oignies, 30 km south of Lille. The locomotive was once streamlined in 1936.

New home for PKP Ol49-77. On 27 November 2020 the locomotive was moved from Langaa School to its new owner, Orla Daugaard Rasmussen, owner of Orlas Produktforretning, Bjerringbro where it will be exhibited in his scrapyard where he already owns DSB 0-6-0T No. F 477 of Smith, Mygind & Hüttemeier 4/1901) on display (as such!).

With work now completed on Rx Class 4-6-0 Rx224 work has turned to finishing the overhaul and rebuild of former South Australian Railways 520 Class 4-8-4 No. 520 "Sir Malcolm Barclay-Harvey" herself. As work has finish on building a new tender for the locomotive and work will soon begin on the boiler and motion.

The station where it is displayed is named after Taras Shevchenko (1814-1861), regarded as the founder of modern Ukrainian literature. The locomotive was reported to be painted blue in September 2019.

The ex British Tar Products Sentinel built 4wVBT Works No. 7232 "Ann" was steamed and moved under its own steam for the first time since 2004. This marks the end of the locomotive’s overhaul and will now begin testing before entering service at the East Lancashire Railway.
