This locomotive certainly moved around the country, firstly in operation with the Wallaroo Phosphate Co., South Australia, then in 1927 to Broken Hill North Ltd., N.S.W. In 1950 to Mt. Isa Mines Ltd., No.3. OOU 1960, placed at the Mt. Isa Central State School, then displayed at the Mt. Isa Underground Museum before being donated by the Rotary Club to the Friends of North Australia Railway in 2007, who fully furnished it. Some specs,: Cyls.:12"x18", D.Wh.: 37", B.Pr.: 140 psi., T.E. @ 80% = 7,846 lbs.

Robin R Beck's researches show that the Pampa Safari zoo park is now closed and the loco appears to have moved since 2019. It is not on 2021 Google satellite view. The other 3 locos are still at the closed park

The former CEGB, Barton Avonside built 0-4-0ST Works No. 1973 "Dora" is at Riley & Son Engineering Ltd. at Heywood in Lancashire where the locomotive is being overhauled there.

The ex Yorkshire Tar Distillers Andrew Barclay built 0-4-0ST Works No. 1823 "Harry" is currently located at a private site at Avening in Gloucestershire. Where the locomotive is being stored there until a move for its overhaul soon.

The overhaul on former NCB Backworth Robert Stephenson & Hawthorn built 0-6-0ST Works No. 7849 "Moorbarrow" is now completed and the locomotive will enter service for the remainder of the summer season at the Gwili Railway this weekend.

With the work now completed on LMS Black Five No. 5025 work on getting BR built LMS Ivatt Class 2MT 2-6-0 No. 46464 back into steam again has been rampted up at Aviemore shed as the mainframes of the locomotive have been placed back on its driving wheels with more progress to come.

Work on the overhaul of former Southern Railway Bulleid rebuilt Battle of Britain light Pacific No. 34059 "Sir Archibald Sinclair" is progressing in the workshops at Sheffield Park as the chassis of the locomotive have been placed back on its wheels again.

The ex LMS Black Five 4-6-0 No. 5025 the oldest Black Five in preservation was unveiled in its new LMS Lined Black livery yesterday as the locomotive was launched back into traffic on the Strathspey Railway. The locomotive will now be kept busy hauling trains there over the summer and coming seasons ahead and the possible visits to other preserved railways around the UK too in the future.
