The build date was 1928, supplied through the then Kalcutta direct to Bihar State Sugar at Sakri, where it worked until 1992 with no recorded identity.

Built to a gauge of 600mm, the locomotive was previously with sugar mill Ingenio San Martin decTabacal until being stored in 1990. It was brought to the UK in the 21st century by Preston Services, with whom it was in 2009 but appears to have been sold to this railway in Germany, though not yet probably operational ?

Previously with Snr. Fermandini, Lima then placed on display in that city. Surco (officially Santiago de Surco) is a suburb of Lima, Peru

This has subsequently been moved to Luján Zoo, Au Acceso Oeste Km 58, B6700 Luján, Provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina where it was in 2011.

During the 1970s this went to AAFCT en Torrelavega before, in 1994 going on to La Poveda, where it was in 2009.

BR Standard 4MT 2-6-0 Mogul No. 76017 will be visiting the Bluebell Railway as their second visiting locomotive for their Giants of Steam from the 14th to 16th of October 2022, which will have a strong BR Standard theme to it.

The former Danish State Railways (DBS) Frichs built 0-6-0T No. 656 "Tinkerbell" was steamed and moved under its own power for the first time in over 40 years as No. 656 passed its successful steam test. Which this marks the end of its overhaul and rebuild as No. 656 is operational again. No. 656 will go back into the workshops at Wansford for final fitting to be carried out before more testing and entering service at the Nene Valley Railway soon.

She has been purchased by a group based on the Lynton and Barnstaple Railway, the plan is that she will stay on the railway.

This appears to be O&K (rather than Krauss-Maffei) No. 11162/1925 that went via Henri Balmain, Reims to ? and as No. 14 later to Lambert Frères & Co., Cormeilles-en-Vexin, Val-d-Oise, France.

Following the death of Jim Wrinn, The North Carolina Transportation Museum is currently raising funds to evaluate the locomotive for restoration to operating condition. That being said, it might be awhile for any work actually takes place.
