The tender for this engine still exists. It is right across the street at Savannah Roundhouse Museum. It is preserved, but the tank is rotted through at the bottom, and will need to be replaced if it is ever to go on display with the engine.

Built in 1898 for the newly opened railway. A 0-4-4 tender locomotive. The remains have been displayed at the museum for over 40 years. Recently been repainted black

S160 2-8-0 No. 2253 has been moved to the North Yorkshire Moors Railway today for testing and running in following completion of its overhaul and will stay on the Moors line till early April when it will move to the Dartmouth Steam Railway for a 10 year stay with them.

Former WD Turkish Railways 8F No. 45170 "Sir William McAlpine" has had a new smokebox door delivered which has been made to the original LMS style to replace the later Turkish style smokebox door that was fitted in Turkey.

Bridgton & Saco River #7 was not restored to service at the WW&F. The boiler work was conducted with volunteers from Maine Narrow Gauge. The heavy duty work and final reassembly was conducted by MNG and Maine Locomotive & Machine. ML&M is alongside the WW&F mainline in Alna, Maine.

61306 "Mayflower" will visit the Nene Valley Railway for a special weekend for it on the 29th and 30th of June 2019 in between her mainline duties.

The BR built LMS Ivatt 2MT 2-6-0 No. 46521 has been confirmed as visiting locomotive at the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway for their Spring Steam Gala on the weekend of March 8th to 10th 2019.

It has recently been confirmed that 6023 will be visiting the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway for the second year in a row for their Cotswold Festival of Steam on the weekend of May 26th-28th 2019.

This 2018 N Donnelly built 0-4-0VBT which is currently unnamed and unnumbered has relocated to the Westonzoyland Pumping Station Museum at Bridgwater in Somerset. Where it is now running on their Westonzoyland Light Railway as their first resident steam locomotive there.

GWR Large Prairie 2-6-2T No. 4110 is leaving the West Somerset Railway as it has been sold to the Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway in Devon. This is due to the West Somerset unable to find a way to keep the locomotive with them sadly. No. 4110 will be restored to running order and be part of the Dartmouth Steam Railways steam fleet. But it will visit the West Somerset for Gala visits at no extra cost.

Hunslet Austerity 0-6-0ST No. 6 "Lord Phil" has now left the Epping Ongar Railway and has gone back to Tyseley Locomotive Works for maintenance work to be carried out over the winter. Its unknown if the locomotive will return to the Epping Ongar Railway or go on hire to another heritage railway for the 2019 season?

The ex British Leyland and former Steel Company of Wales Bagnall built 0-6-0ST No. 401 "Thomas Burt" formerly known as "Vulcan" which is the most high-tech steam shunting locomotive ever built was steamed for the first time in over a decade on January 17th 2019. The locomotive will enter service this Easter or possible earlier.

It seems that the boiler ticket on BR Standard 4MT 2-6-4T No. 80072 has been extended as the locomotive will remain in service till the end of June 2019.

Following the news that No. 60007 "Sir Nigel Gresley" is to be operated and be under the care of Locomotive Services Ltd and the Royal Scot Locomotive & General Trust when she returns to the mainline and heritage railway circuit later this year or 2020. The locomotive will be based at LNWR Heritage at Crewe for its mainline railtours and visits to other preserved railways around the UK. Including the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, where it is intended to retain strong links with them still.

The sole surviving former London & South Western Railway Radial 4-4-2T 488 is being repainted in to its British Railways Lined Black Livery as BR 30583 again along with some cosmetic work to it as well. No. 30583 is to be part of a special LSWR photo line up during the Bluebell Railways Branch Line Weekend on the 15th to 17th of March 2019.
