Hasard Coal Mine 0-4-0VBT No. 336A (3364 'PRINCE DE LIEGE')Posted by: Dale W Fickés on Jan 20, 2022 @ 08:01:51
There appears to be some controversy regarding this locomotive. It was displayed ar Steamtown, Bellows Falls, Vermont (as personally witnessed in 1970) before later being sold and moving around the USA. However, it was originally built for the Belgian State Railways (CFB) as their No 3364 ‘PRINCE DE LIEGE’ and, following retirement from the succeeding SNCB, worked for a private Belgian quarry company prior to being despatched across the pond for preservation.
