Purchased by Brothers Stumm, Neunkirchen (please note spelling) as their No. 41. In 1970 it was on Spielplatz, Steinberg (apparently bearing the false build number of 6096!) and in 1997 moved to the private Feld and Werkbahnen, Könen, Losheim.

Stored or displayed Khampaeng Phet Road, Bangkok in 2011 as M.R.C. 6, but the ‘old’ image actually shows M.R.C. 7 ? Please note the placing of a different build number on the same line (I.e. 5427) prevents access to it’s correct identity.

According to the late P Ransome-Wallis the locomotive was actually built by Esslingen in Sorrono (Italy) for the State Railways of Jutland-Funen, prior to incorporation into the DSB.

The locomotive was sold to the Odsherred Railway (OHJ) in 1957 prior to being purchased by the Danish Railway Club.

Locomotive sold to the Velje-Vandel-Grindsted Railway in 1914 and withdrawn in 1946, then served for a further year as a Stationary Boiler.

Loco built as 1594 in 1909, but carries plates of 1520 in 1907.

This is a 2-4-0T when seen by me in 2006. Study the photo carefully there are only 3 axles and the leading wheel is of a smaller diameter than the driving wheels.

This was originally Walhallabahn No. 62, that became DRG, followed by DB, No. 99 253. It was stored and refurbished between 1962 and 1975, then plinthed in Schiffahrtschleuse beside the River Elbe in Regensburg-Stadtamhof

No. 2678 is also visiting the Severn Valley, along with 2999 Lady of Legend, for their spring gala on 21st-24th April 2022. This will be the first time the engine has visited the SVR since 2003.

This, I believe, and looking at the image, is a 2-6-0T (NOT 2-4-0T) named “SAMRONG”. Following service with the PR it was employed on the Hiep Seng forestry line and, from 1940, for the Thai Sugar lMill Co. Ltd., Wang Khapi, Uttaradit as their No. 1 where it still was in 2011.

Originally bought through E. Bieln, Dresden for Commission of Defence, Santos, no known number. Following WW2 was Estrada de Ferro Peru’s-Pirapora No. 6. Last known to be in Cajamar.
