Built in 1912 for McGaffy Lumber Company No.1, Perea, New Mexico. Sold to Lutcher & Moore Lumber Company, Albuquerque, New Mexico 12-14-1929. Sold to S. A. Compania Maderera Durango, El Salto, Durango, Mexico 3-28-1935. May be abandonded in Gomez Palacio, Durango, Mexico.
