It turns out that ex GWR Modified Hall Class 4-6-0 No. 6960 "Raveningham Hall" is still in service and is in its last year of service as the locomotive is to appear in steam at the Severn Valley Railway’s Spring Steam Up event from the 15th to 18th of April 2021.

Wheel arrangement: 0-4-0 WT Gwen has a well tank which is found between the frames below the smokebox

The ex Stewarts & Lloyds Robert Stephenson & Hawthorn built 0-6-0ST "Ugly" has had to be withdrawn from service for its 10 year overhaul early as its boiler ticket was due to expire in a couple of weeks along with not been able to run due to the Coronavirus pandemic restrictions. The locomotive will await its turn for overhaul which will start in a year or so.

The former Great Northern Railway C1 Class Atlantic 4-4-2 No. 251 has moved to her birth town of Doncaster for display in the new Danum Gallery, Library and Museum in Doncaster. No. 251 will be one of two steam locomotives on static display there for three years from the National Railway Museum.

Corris Railway No. 7 is a new build Tattoo Class 0-4-2ST that was built in 2005 from the original designs of Kerr Stuart & Co of Stoke on Trent by Winson Engineering for the revived Corris Railway as their main steam locomotive. No. 7 is based on the original Corris Railway No. 4 now based at the Talyllyn Railway.

The overhaul and rebuild on ex NCB Hunslet built Austerity 0-6-0ST No. 22 has now been completed as the locomotive was steamed and moved for the first time today. No. 22 will undergo testing before entering service in the early part of 2021.

Now having been officially sold to the Vale of Rheidol Railway ex Penrhyn Quarry Manning Wardle 1897 built 0-4-0ST Works No. 1382 "Jubilee 1897" restoration is now in full swing as the railway hopes to have her in steam by 2023.

Former Chattenden & Upnor Railway Manning Wardle built 0-6-2T No. 1 "Chevallier" has now left the Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway and has returned to the Flour Mill Works at Bream in Gloucestershire. But following some advice from the Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway the locomotive is to have some modifications carried out during its overhaul to get the locomotive working to high standards.

Ty 1136 is another Las type locomotive delivered to OKL (State Forestry) Plociczno-Tartak in Podlaskie, and again working here until moved to Elk in 1994. In 1996 it was plinthed outside Elk Wask Station

This locomotive was delivered to the Heeresfeldbahn in Berlin at the cessation of hostilities and, in 1920, was working for the Ministry of Regions of Liberée (MRL), Network of Marne, France. In 1924 it was purchased by Brunner & Marchand, now of Lardy, south of Paris, France. After WWII in 1945 it was at ZKL Czarna Bialostocka, being still there in 1980, and then plinthed in the Zloty Stok Estate, Bialystok (named in large letters BASIA in 1988, before being moved to outside Bialystok Glówny Station, bearing the false plates of Tx 100 and attached to a short carriage. In 2018 it was moved again, with its carriage, and plinthed just south of Elk outside the village PKP station of 19-335 Prostki, Warmia-Masuria

The overhaul on the only Ashford built LMS 8F 2-8-0 to survived in preservation No. 48624 is now underway at Loughborough shed.

Please change status to overhaul. After minor damage from picking a switch in the Shin-Kanaya yard last year, the engine was withdrawn from traffic for inspection. The decision was taken to thoroughly rebuild this engine once C11-190 returned to operational status, and in September 2020 the work began.
