Please change location and status, it is on display at the Yaquina Pacific Railroad Historical Museum. It looks great and is under a roof.

Ownership was transferred back to the city of Toledo at an unknown (to me) date. The Western Forest Industries was I believe intending to move this locomotive to Elbe for operation on the Mt. Rainier Scenic, but the move never happened.
