700 has went down for her 1472 boiler inspections.

Did 700 have an auxiliary tender once? I think it was a vanderbilt tender from a GN S-2.

The SP&S 700 has a shade of Graphite on the smoke box now unlike that picture

The SP&S 700 has been restored and is operated by the Pacific Railroad Preservation Association, PO Box 2851, Portland, OR 97208. On the web at WWW.SPS700.com The PRPA is a charitable, non-profit 501(c)3 corporation of all volunteers

Should be "Spokane, Portland & Seattle," rather than the reverse.  Location is former Southern Pacific Brooklyn Roundhouse in Portland, OR.
