According to Google Street View, it’s actually under the overpass just little from its previous display location, it is however missing its tender.

As of recent, the loco is gone. Does anyone have info? I would change the status to missing.

Seems like the engine has been cosmetically restored as of March 2021

Last July the engine got hit by a covered hopper car and is still damaged

This locomotive was previously on display at Carillon Park in Dayton, Ohio who received the engine from the Mid Continent Railway Museum in Wisconsin.

Owned by Utica & Mohawk Chapter NRHS.  Engine looks better then the photo.  Parked at Utica Union station.
