May I suggest that this locomotive is, in fact, US Army No. 1961, an 0-6-0T of Vulcan (Wilkes-Barre) No. 4434 of 1944 currently understood to be preserved in Probstdorf, bei 2301 Gross-Enzersdorf (east of Vienna). It served with the army as No. 1961 until 1946, then with the same number for the OeStB until 1953. The OeBB then took it on as their No. 989.01 until 1963 when, apparently it went into service with the now closed Zuckerfabrik Siegendorf, maybe as their No. 2, hence the origin on this listing?
