This locomotive is now operational. And she is a 2-4-0, not a 0-4-0T.

This locomotive is on the roster of the Pacific Coast railroad as the #2, the Roger Linn. Currently this is out of service needing a new boiler and is stored on the Santa Margarita Ranch. Phil Reader

Locomotive was converted in late '60s/early '70s to a 2-4-0 tender engine. Work was done by Sam Conti at Lakecraft Welding Co. Currently operable in this state at Rob Rossi's private Pacific Coast Railroad.
