Having worked its last trains during the Easter Steam Gala at the Mid Suffolk Light Railway over the Easter Weekend, the ex Stewarts & Lloyds, Andrew Barclay built 0-6-0ST Works No. 2138 "Swordfish", has now been withdrawn from service having come to the end of its boiler ticket and is to be relocated back to the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre at Quainton Road in Buckinghamshire, where it is to undergo its next overhaul.

The ex Stewarts & Lloyds Andrew Barclay built 0-6-0ST No. 2138 "Swordfish", has arrived at its new home at the Mid-Suffolk Light Railway at Wetheringsett in Suffolk, and will be hauling their Santa Special trains over the Christmas season there.

When its hire to the Colne Valley Railway is finnished at the end of their main running season, ex Stewarts & Lloyds Andrew Barclay built 0-6-0ST No. 2138 "Swordfish", will then relocated to the Mid-Suffolk Light Railway for the winter from November 2024, during which the locomotive will be used on their Santa Specials over the Christmas season then. The locomotive is due to be withdrawn from service in February for overhaul, during which the boiler will be retubed and worked on and some modifications will be carried out to help with operating it much better.

The ex Stewarts & Lloyds Andrew Barclay built 0-6-0ST No. 2138 "Swordfish" has gone on hire to the Colne Valley Railway in Essex as their main steam locomotive for the 2023 running season there from April to October 2023.

The ex Stewarts & Lloyds Andrew Barclay built 0-6-0ST No. 2138 "Swordfish" will be visiting the Telford Steam Railway this winter to be one of their main steam locomotives for the Polar Express this Christmas season.

The former Stewarts & Lloyds Andrew Barclay bilt 0-6-0ST No. 2138 "Swordfish" has left the Swindon & Cricklade Railway and has relocated to the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre at Quainton Road in Buckinghamshire. Having been sold to a member there and is now part of their locomotive fleet. No. 2138 will make her debut at her new home during their Spring Steam Gala on the 1st and 2nd of May 2022.
