The cosmetic restoration of this locomotive and associated fundraising has been discontinued for now due to other interests of the museum and lack of volunteers. The status should be display.

The locomotive is currently on static display in Belton, Missouri at the Belton, Grandview & Kansas City Railroad Co.  It was moved from Ottawa, KS to Belton, MO through a joint operation with the Iola, KS National Guard in the mid-1990s.  Following its return to "home" rails where it used to run, a partial cosmetic restoration was completed.  Final details need to be completed, including partial cab restoration, replacement of all windows / frames and fabricating a replica headlight.
