The ex War Department Hunslet built Austerity 0-6-0ST (WD No. 191) No. 23 "Holman F. Stephens", is the next steam locomotive to be overhauled at the Kent & East Sussex Railway and will enter the workshop at Rolvendon when the overhaul of ex United States Army Transportaion Corps and Southern Railway USA Class 0-6-0T Dock shunter No. 30065 "Maunsell", is completed.
