The ex Kettering Furnaces Black Hawthorn built 3ft gauge 0-4-0ST Works No. 859 "Kettering Furnaces No. 3", has now left Riley & Son Engineering Ltd. and has relocated to Northern Heritage Engineering Ltd. at Darlington in Durham, where its restoration to working order continues.

The ex Kettering Furnaces Black Hawthorn built 3ft gauge 0-4-0ST Works No. 859 "Kettering Furnaces No. 3", has been relocated to Riley & Son Engineering Ltd’s new larger engineering site at Bury in Lancashire, where its restoration is continuing on there.

Riley & Son Engineering Ltd. have relocated to a new larger site at irlam works in Bury in Lancashire, where the ongoing restoration of ex Kettering Furnaces Black Hawthorn built 3ft gauge 0-4-0ST Works No. 859 "Kettering Furnaces No. 3", is continuing on there now.

The former Kettering Furnaces Black Hawthorn built 3ft gauge 0-4-0ST Works No. 859 "Kettering Furnaces No. 3" is currently located at Riley & Son Engineering Ltd. at Heywood in Lancashire, where it is in for evaluation for what work is needed during its overhaul and rebuild for use at its new home at the Suir Valley Railway in Ireland.

As part of the dispersal of the Penrhyn Castle railway collection, the loco is to pass to the Suir Valley Railway in the Republic of Ireland, but first will be restored to working order at a workshop in "the north of England". Could this be North Bay Railway Engineering Services of Darlington?
