The restoration on ex Stewarts & Lloyds, Newport Andrew Barclay built 0-4-0ST Works No. 2201 "Victory", has now been completed as the locomotive was steamed for the first time since 2001 and is now operational and ready for testing. Also it has been announced that "Victory" will be returning to South Wales to take up residences at the Pontypool & Blaenavon Railway (Blaenavon’s Heritage Railway) at Blaenavon, Monmouthshire in South Wales which will be its new home and take part in their Industrial Steam of South Wales II Gala from the 25th to 27th of September 2026.

The ex Stewarts & Lloyds, Newport Andrew Barclay built 0-4-0ST Works No. 2201 "Victory" is leaving the Avon Valley Railway and as its being relocated to the West Somerset Railway for restoration in their workshops at Williton.

Following its assessment on what work needs to be done the ex Stewarts & Lloyds, Newport Andrew Barclay built 0-4-0ST Works No. 2201 "Victory" will relocate to the West Somerset Railway for restoration at their workshops at Williton.

The ex Stewarts & Lloyds, Newport Andrew Barclay built 0-4-0ST Works No. 2201 "Victory" has now been sold and has now left the Pontypool & Blaenavon Railway and has relocated to its new home at the Avon Valley Railway at Bitton in Gloucestershire. Where it will now undergo restoration to full working order there.

The former Stewarts & Lloyds, Newport Andrew Barclay built 0-4-0ST Works No. 2201 "Victory" has been put up for sale by the Pontypool & Blaenavon Railway to see the locomotive go to a good home.
