It is reportedly ex CFI 764.423, which belonged to the Ystwith Railway and was stored at Teifi Valley Railway for restoration (never part of the TVR inventory). The Ystwith Railway was dissolved and the locomotive went to Welshpool and Llanfair Railway as No. 19. After a serious defect in the drive in 2013, the locomotive was put into storage. This locomotive has long since left the Teifi Valley Railway and is thought to be out in Romania tho where is unknown?
