The locomotive was delivered to the Czechoslovakian Works in Nové Mesto nad Váhom. It served in the construction of the Vážský shipping canal until 1956, when it was handed over to the Bohumín ironworks. Here the locomotive was modified for a track width of 760 mm and ran in the ironworks as BS-80 U5 until 1973. It was then erected as a monument on the factory premises. At the end of 2000 the decision was made to scrap the locomotive. The MPZ (Muzeum prumyslových železnic) bought the locomotive and brought it to Mladejov. Although the locomotive has a track width of 760 mm, the original frame allows a reverse track of 600 mm. A major obstacle so far has been the condition of the boiler, at least parts of which have to be remanufactured. The locomotive is now in Zbýšov to await renovation. 49.164488° 16.352590°
