One of two (#16209 and #16210), both of which have survived. The other was said to be somewhere in the huge Sohagi Barwa Wildlife Sanctuary in 2017. The sanctuary was developed from their former workplace, the Lachmipur (Gorakhpur) Forest Division

Delivered new to UPFD in British India in 1923 This was the United Provinces Forestry Department Worked at the Nandhaur Forest Tramway from new Transferred to the Lachimpur Forest Tramway after 1935/6
