The Saltburn Miniature Railway A J Moss built 15inch gauge 4-4-2 Atlantic "Blacklock R", is currently being overhauled and has undergone both hydraulic and steam testing and should be ready for another season at the Saltburn Miniature Railway soon.

This loco is the only steam loco resident on the Saltburn Miniature Railway, which runs from a station near the beach along the Valley Gardens for about one kilometre to a woodland terminus. The line's other locos are all steam outline diesel electric or diesel hydraulic machines, but all with interesting histories.
