In use at the Sulin depot of the North Caucasus Railway until the late 1980s. From 1997 to 2015, the locomotive was stored at the Morozovskaya-Yuzhnaya reserve base and was moved to the Rostov-Zapadny (Bataysk) reserve station (reported as existing in 2017).
