This is a 1916 Baldwin Class 10-12-D narrow gauge 4-6-0PT Pannier Tank steam locomotive built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works (USA) for the British War Department Light Railways for service in France during World War I. It was converted to a tender locomotive. Pilot Wheel Diameter is 16", Driver Diameter Wheel diameter is 23-1/2" Cylinders are 9" x 12"
