Delivered to the Morshansk depot of the Moscow-Ryazan Railway. In 1962 it was moved to the Penza-I depot of the Kuibyshev Railway. Until the end of the 1970s. worked on the Penza – Ruzaevka – Krasny Uzel section. Later transferred to Goltsovka reserve base. In 2011 it was erected as a monument at Ruzaevka station. L-2345 built by Kolomna 10130 in 1954, located in town, on display in February 2017.
