A total of 31 Y class were delivered. Y112 was built by Phoenix Foundry. Withdrawn 1961. Plinthed in Ballarat where she was built. 1980 leased to Steamrail and dismantled and slowly restored. Back in service late 90s. Still runs steam tours today.
