Built for the Vdadikavkaz Railway. In the 20s North Caucasus Railway. Handed over to the Western Railway in 1944. In 1945 it was transferred to the Lviv Railway. Late 40s. transferred to the Omsk Railway. In 1961, it was transferred from the Kashira locomotive depot to the Kashirskaya State District Power Plant. Retired in 1975 and transferred to the museum in 1995.
