The ex French Army Kerr Stuart built 0-6-0T Works No. 3014 "Joffre", has been relocated to Workshop X at Killamarsh in Derbyshire, where its overhaul will take place, which is expected to take up to 12-18 months to complete.

The ex French Army Kerr Stuart built 0-6-0T Works No. 3014 "Joffre" has been withdrawn from service for its 10 year overhaul after a special weekend over the 12th and 13th of September 2020.

Ex French Army Kerr Stuart built 0-6-0T No. 3014 "Joffre" is to visit the Bala Lake Railway for their first steam Gala of the year on the 15th and 16th June 2019.

Ordered by the French Commission for the artillery railways. Delivered new to Nantes, France. Sold after the first world war to a dealer. In 1930 sold on to work in a stone quarry in Marquise Rinxent, Pas de Calais. Out of service by 1956. In 1974 returned to the UK. First to Pen-y-Orsedd quarry, next to Gloddfa Ganol slate quarry museum. When this closed it was obtained by the Moseley Railway Trust at Apedale. Restoration was carried out by various groups.
