Built in 1930 in the Škoda external factory in Adamov and stored due to the economic crisis (stock construction). The 580 was purchased by the Ministry of National Correctional Institutions (MNO) in 1935, assigned to the railway regiment in Pardubice for the needs of the railway troops and given the designation 310.922. It was used to train military train drivers. 1938 to military ammunition factory in Policka. 196x parked and purchased in 1973 (still operational) from the Ceská Trebová locomotive depot. Erected as a monument after the boiler service life has expired. In 1994 it was removed as a monument and subjected to a thorough inspection. The operational refurbishment took place between 1995 and 1996. The locomotive was then used in numerous special trains and ran until 2011.
