D51146 has a compressor in the tender and is capable of propelling itself with compressed air. To be consistent with other air-operated locos in Japan on this site, the status may want to be changed to Operational.

Looks like D51-146 was removed from Shizuoka to Moka now. Basically been repainted and placed next to Moka station.
