Originally delivered to Colamadu Sugar Mill as their No. 1 and named R. MaCHMAD PARTOMO and initially converted from the build gauge of 760mm to 750mm. Only in 2007 did this become Tasikmadu No. 5 VM VB with O&K boiler No. 10462, and where it was in 2008.
