Built in Bryansk Delivered to Depot Rtishchevo. Transferred to the Moscow-Sortirovochnaya depot in the early 30s. Moved to the Omsk depot at the end of the 30s. In November 1942 it was registered on the Turkestan-Siberian Railway. 1943–1946 as part of ORKP-19. In 1946 he was transferred to the ORKP North Pechora. Transferred to the Kem-Kirov Railway depot in 1950. Mid 50s. switched to the Yuzhnaya Railway. Erected in 1985 on the site of the Smorodino locomotive depot.
