The museum information plaque says that this loco is 600mm guage and it weighs 12 tonnes, boiler pressure = 1.5 MPa. Seen on 15 Oct 2013 in the Latvian Railway Museum, Riga

This locomotive is now in the Latvian Railway History Museum in Riga.
