I visited it last Thursday, its just under restoration, but will be finished soon.

It was always a private owned machine, first owner was Marine Wilhelmshaven, later the Mannesmann Röhrenwerke in Solingen, from where it went in 1971 to children playground at Engelsberger Hof in Solingen Ohligs. There is also a facebook fangroup, they organized the restoration.
