The 4 surviving RTM Tram Locos are definitely 0-6-0WT, not 0-4-0WT.

Although formerly owned by the Rotterdam Tramway Co. (RTM) this, along with other preserved members of the class (Nos. 54, 56 & 57) are actually 0-4-0WT locomotives with well tanks on either side below the running plate, the first three of which as owned by the Dutch Tramway Society, Tramweg-Stichting.
