This engine was not preserved by a group at Vlissingen, but sold by DB to PZEM (Zeeland provincial electricity company) as a stationary boiler at its power plant in Vlissingen until it was no longer needed in May 1980 and sold to SSN, Rotterdam. The engine is still oil-fired, and is awaiting overhaul.

This is Krupp 1927/1939 that was delivered to the DRB days into the start of WW2 as No. 41 105 that, a decade later, went to the emerging DB in the same identity and during its lifetime was converted to oil firing as. No. 042 105, running to 1976 and being withdrawn from Bw Rheine. It was almost immediately preserved by a group in Vlissingen, Netherlands and in 1980 went to the SSN in Rotterdam.
